The 1^st Joint Coordination Committee (JCC) meeting was held at the conference meeting room of Planning Wing, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoH&FW) on June 2^nd 2011.with Joint Chief, Planning, MoH&FW as the chair.
The agenda for the meeting were 1) Introduction of the overview of the project and 2) Confirmation of the first year activities. Government of Bangladesh approved that this project has started. We confirmed the list of equipment which JICA will donate and held hearing from participants of ICDDR, B and MoHFW. Dr. Eisei Noiri, chief advisor of the project and Prof.
Yoshitsugu Matsumoto participated in this meeting from Japan.
